As an FFA Leadership Team Member we ask that you take time to consider the following areas:  time commitment, dedication to the chapter, your ability to lead others, your drive to improve our chapter and chapter activities, and most importantly the heart you have for our organization. As we plan for the upcoming year we, the advisors, want officers that are excited about the FFA and looking for a way to push themselves and others to grow in new ways.

Being part of the leadership team is a great privilege and opportunity! This allows students to learn skills such as time management, working with others, responsibility, public speaking skills and how to manage an organization. 

Becoming a leadership team member is an excellent learning opportunity, and should be carefully considered before committing.
